Hi! My husband, Eric, and I are from the middle Tennessee area. We have two kids—our daughter, Quinn, is in 3rd grade at MJE, and our son, Walt, is in the 7th grade. As a family, we love spending time outdoors and enjoy camping whenever we can.
I work as a child life at the children’s hospital. I have been involved with the PTO in many ways over the years—serving as a grade-level representative, classroom volunteer, and board secretary. I’m honored to be serving as PTO Co-President this year alongside Kylie. One of my goals is to help strengthen parent involvement in our school community and continue supporting our amazing teachers in meaningful ways.
I love being an active part of MJE and giving back to the school that gives so much to our kids. I’m truly grateful for the village of support MJE provides to both students and families.
My name is Kylie and I am excited to serve on the board this year. My husband and I have lived in Mount Juliet for 10 years. My career background is in sales but for the last 5 years I have been grateful to stay at home to take care of my kiddos. I have two children, Stevie will be in 3rd grade this school year and Archie will be in 1st grade. In my spare time I love to read, if you ever see me around and want to talk books, please do! I also love being active, mostly by going to the gym and being outside playing sand volleyball. Last year I was able to volunteer with the MJE PTO and I am so excited to be more involved as a board member. I have thoroughly enjoyed working together with other parents and school staff to help bring our awesome events to life. We have such a great community available to us through MJE and I’m excited to be a part of helping it grow and evolve!
Hello!
My husband, Kenny, and I have lived in the Middle Tennessee area most of our lives. We have three little ones that keep us on our toes! They all attend MJE. Brandon is in 2nd grade, Jessica is in kindergarten, and Justin is in Pre-K. As a family, we love traveling, giving back to our community, going to movies, and all things sports (go Vols!).
I work at a non-profit dialysis company and serve on the board for a local non-profit organization supporting women and youth in need. I love MJE! I really believe we have the best school! I feel privileged to be part of the PTO this year. I have so much to learn and big shoes to fill, but the everyone has been so welcoming! I am excited for what the 2025-2026 school year has ahead!
My name is Krista and I’m excited to serve my first year on the PTO board. My family and I have lived in the Mt. Juliet area for 13 years, moving from Milwaukee, WI. I work at the Vanderbilt University Brain Institute and am a science nerd at heart. I have two daughters: Madilyn who will start middle school and Everly who will be in third grade this year. My girls love playing volleyball and basketball, so that is where you will usually find me. My family and I like to go to Nashville Soccer games, experiencing new activities and traveling as much as possible. I love all things fall and winter: especially snow! I’ve been volunteering with the PTO since my older daughter Madilyn was in kindergarten, but this is the first time that I am in a leadership position. I’m looking forward to planning events this school year to facilitate a fun, connected school community.
Hi everyone, my name is Katie and I am so excited to be a member of the PTO board after volunteering with the organization the last two years. I am married with two daughters, Tessa a 3rd grader at MJE and Elise a two year old future MJE bear. Our family relocated to Mt. Juliet in 2021 and could not be happier with our decision to call this wonderful community home.
I am especially excited to take on this role heading teacher events because prior to becoming a full time mom I was an elementary school teacher that was blessed with a wonderful PTO that always took care of the teachers at my school. I plan on utilizing my experience as a former teacher to ensure our teachers get the support they need to make our school thrive!
Outside of MJE I volunteer as my daughters girl scout troop leader and enjoy making as many wonderful memories with my family as possible. We love to spend time on the lake, being together as a family traveling, and supporting our daughters who are competitive baton twirlers which takes us all over the country. I look forward to working with the entire MJE family to continue to make this school one of the best in the area.
My family relocated from Illinois to Tennessee during the summer of 2023. We don't regret that decision at all! I joined the PTO because I love planning and I wanted to be a part of the MJE community. I've felt very welcomed and look forward to serving in the Treasurer capacity this next year. My son is entering 2nd grade. I also have a 4-year-old daughter. I work full-time as a contracting officer for the DoD. I spend a lot of my time balancing work/life demands, but I'll always find time for what's important. The PTO is very important! In my free time, I love Pure Barre, reading, and planning my family's next fun adventure!
My name is Jocelyn and I excited to contribute as a PTO board member this year. I am married and have two children; Harper will be in second grade this year and Reese is three. I work as an accountant. My husband and I are native to Nashville and have lived in Mt. Juliet for four years. We spend our spare time doing gymnastics and being outside. I loved volunteering where I could last year and am so excited about being able to dedicate more time this year to the PTO to support MJE. I am so thankful for the community that we have at MJE and all of the hard work that goes into each event.
Hello, Mt. Juliet friends and neighbors! I'm Audrey Lane, and I've proudly called this wonderful community my home for the past decade.
Together with my husband Gavin, we're raising our four amazing kids here. Two of them are now thriving at MJE— Bianca is in 4th, David is in 1st grade, Cadence attends MJMS and Aden is a HS Graduate. Our kids' education and well-being are at the heart of everything we do, and I'm passionate about helping our community in any way I can.
I have the pleasure of working as a real estate agent and mobile notary right here in Mt. Juliet. This career not only brings me joy but also provides the flexibility I need to helop where needed with our PTO. With a background as a former educator, I deeply appreciate the dedication and perseverance it takes to be a successful teacher. That’s why involvement is so meaningful to me, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute.
Every single one of us plays a vital role in making MJE the special place it is. Thank you for all your efforts and for helping us continue to make our school the best it can be! Let's keep the spirit of our village alive and thriving!
